The short answer: Sign in, open My Orders, select the order, then use the tracking number in its timeline. For eligible same-day orders, choose View live tracking after a driver is dispatched.
Before you start
You can check an order as soon as it appears in your account. Detailed shipment tracking becomes available only after the seller or delivery partner creates a shipment.
Use the account that placed the order.
Your order history is tied to the email address or sign-in method used at checkout.
Find the order number if you have it.
It appears in your confirmation email and starts the fastest search in My Orders.
Allow time for the first scan.
A new tracking number can exist before the carrier has physically scanned the package.
Track a shipped order
Use the order timeline as your source of truth. It keeps the seller’s updates, shipment date, carrier, and tracking details together.
-
1
Open My Orders
Sign in and go to My Orders. You can search by order ID, product name, or shop name, and narrow the list by status or date.
-
2
Select the order
Choose the order number or the view icon. If one checkout contains items from more than one shop, choose the specific item or shipment you want to follow.
-
3
Find the shipped event in the timeline
The event shows a tracking number once shipment details are available. Select the number or Track to see carrier checkpoints; you can also copy the number for use on the carrier’s site.

Read the latest checkpoint
Carrier checkpoints show where the parcel was last scanned. The newest checkpoint is more precise than the marketplace’s broader order status.

Track a driver on the live map
Eligible local deliveries show a delivery card above the order details. Before dispatch, the card says the package is being prepared. After a driver accepts and is dispatched, the View live tracking button appears.
Driver arrivalETA updates as the route changes
What the live page shows
- Your delivery progress and latest status.
- An estimated arrival time when the delivery partner provides one.
- The driver’s current location, store, and drop-off area on a map.
- Driver and vehicle details when they are available.
What each status means
Status names can vary slightly by shop or delivery method. These are the practical meanings and the action to take.
| Status | What it means | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Payment pending | Payment is not yet confirmed. | Complete payment if prompted. Tracking cannot begin yet. |
| Processing / packing | The shop is preparing your items. | No action is normally needed. A tracking number may not exist yet. |
| Shipped | A shipment was created or handed to a carrier. | Open the shipped event for the tracking number and checkpoints. |
| On the way | The carrier or same-day driver is moving toward the destination. | Watch the ETA, but allow for traffic and carrier route changes. |
| Delivered | The carrier marked the package delivered. | Check the delivery location, household members, and proof of delivery. |
| Exception / delayed | The carrier could not complete the next step as planned. | Read the latest checkpoint for instructions and a revised estimate. |
Estimated dates are not guarantees. Weather, address access, carrier capacity, and seller handling time can change an ETA.
Why one order can have several tracking numbers
A compatible checkout may contain products from different shops or warehouses. Each part can be packed and shipped independently, so delivery dates and tracking numbers may differ. Restaurant delivery and parcel-shipped retail products require separate checkouts.
In My Orders, open the specific item or shop shipment. Do not assume that a “Delivered” scan for one package means the rest of the order has arrived.
When tracking does not look right
Start with the exact symptom below. Most tracking gaps resolve without changing the order.
“Tracking number not found” or no checkpoints
The seller may have created the label before the carrier received or scanned the parcel. Check again after the carrier’s next processing cycle. Confirm that you copied every letter and number if you use the carrier’s site.
If the order remains on “Packing,” wait for the shipped event rather than using an unconfirmed number.
The tracking page has not updated
Packages are not scanned continuously. Long-distance shipments can move between facilities without a new public checkpoint. Look for an exception message or revised delivery date before contacting support.
For live same-day delivery, refresh the order details. The button is unavailable until a driver is dispatched, and the ETA can change with the route.
The order says delivered, but I cannot find it
- Check the front, side, and rear entrances, parcel locker, reception desk, and any safe location.
- Ask household members or neighbors who may have accepted it.
- Read the final carrier checkpoint and any delivery note or photo.
- If it is still missing, contact support with the order and tracking numbers. Do not share sensitive payment details.
The delivery address is wrong
Contact support immediately. Address changes are not always possible after a shop begins fulfillment or a carrier receives the parcel. Never send a corrected address through a public review or product question.
The estimated date has passed
Check the newest carrier checkpoint first. If it shows a delay or exception, follow the carrier’s instruction. If there is no useful update, contact support and include the original estimated date, current status, and tracking number.
Pickup and digital orders do not use package tracking
Pickup orders
Watch the order timeline for the ready-for-pickup status. Bring the pickup verification code shown in My Orders if one is provided. Treat that code like a password until the order is collected.
Digital orders
There is no carrier shipment. After the required payment and order status are complete, use My Downloads or the download section in the order details.
Contact support with the right details
Send enough information to identify the shipment without including passwords or full payment details.
We’ll help you find the next step.
Include the details above so the team can investigate the correct order quickly.
