The short answer: Open Payouts in the seller sidebar, complete Stripe verification, and add an eligible payout destination. Check the Stripe payout balance and payout report for available, pending, and paid amounts.
Understand payout availability
Seller order details record fees and proceeds. Stripe may show available and pending funds separately, and refunds or holds can change the amount eligible for payout.
First reconcile the 5% marketplace commission and 2.9% transaction fee using the seller fee guide. Then review recent order completion, refunds, holds, and prior transfers.
Connect and verify the payout account
-
1
Open seller payout setup
Open Payouts in the seller sidebar, then Stripe payout balance.
-
2
Start Stripe onboarding
Enter accurate identity, business, ownership, contact, and tax information requested by Stripe.
-
3
Complete verification
Resolve missing requirements until the connected account can receive payouts.
-
4
Add a destination
Add an eligible ACH bank account or supported debit card for the relevant currency.
-
5
Return to EzBuyCo
Confirm that Stripe shows the connected account as ready for payouts.
Choose an amount and destination carefully
Review the available balance and payout schedule in the connected Stripe account. If manual payouts are enabled for that account, review the amount and destination in Stripe before submitting.
A payout marked paid by Stripe can still take time to appear at the bank. Check Stripe payout details and your bank statement if arrival is delayed.
Follow the payout across systems
| Record | What it confirms |
|---|---|
| Seller order details | The sale, marketplace commission, processing fee, refunds, and recorded seller proceeds. |
| Payout report | Marketplace payout records and status available to the seller. |
| Stripe connected account | Provider processing, payout status, verification, destination, and provider fees. |
| Bank or card account | Final posting, reversal, rejection, or settlement at the financial institution. |
Fix common payout blockers
- Payouts not enabled: return to Stripe and complete outstanding identity or business requirements.
- No destination: add an eligible bank account or debit card for the payout currency.
- Balance unavailable: review pending funds, holds, refunds, and Stripe verification status.
- Destination rejected: confirm account ownership, routing details, currency, country, and provider eligibility.
- Payout delayed: compare the Payout report, Stripe status, and bank posting before escalating.
Protect payout changes
Limit payout access to trusted account owners, use a unique password, protect email and phone recovery channels, and review any notification about changed banking or identity information.
EzBuyCo support should never need your full online banking password, full card number, or one-time authentication code. Use the provider-hosted setup flow for sensitive financial details.
