Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts
Effective August 25, 2026. These terms govern access to EzBuyCo websites, storefronts, dashboards, and marketplace services. By using the service, creating an account, listing, buying, advertising, referring, or receiving payouts, you agree to these terms and incorporated policies. If you use EzBuyCo for a business, you represent that you may bind that business.
Users must meet applicable age and legal-capacity requirements, provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly update compromised or outdated contact, business, tax, and payout details. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Marketplace role and user obligations
EzBuyCo provides technology that connects buyers with independent sellers. Unless expressly identified otherwise, the seller—not EzBuyCo—is responsible for the listing, product, legality, inventory, price, tax classification, fulfillment, warranties, and seller promises. Buyers must review listing, seller, condition, fulfillment, return terms, and total before purchase.
Users may not commit fraud; sell unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, recalled, stolen, or prohibited goods; infringe rights; manipulate reviews or discovery; scrape or disrupt the service; spread malware; harass others; misuse verification or dispute tools; or move a marketplace payment outside EzBuyCo to evade records or fees.
Orders, payments, seller fees, refunds, and payouts
Available prices, discounts, taxes, shipping or delivery charges, tips, and payment methods are shown in the applicable workflow. An order is not treated as paid merely because a bank shows an authorization; EzBuyCo relies on the recorded payment state. Orders can be split into separate seller invoices.
EzBuyCo charges sellers a 5% marketplace commission plus a separately labeled transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per seller invoice, calculated from the recorded commissionable amount and deducted from seller proceeds. Optional promotions, shipping services, disputes, currency conversion, taxes, or provider-controlled payout charges can also apply. Refunds and reversals can adjust seller revenue and related recorded fees. Payout eligibility may depend on completion, holds, verification, refunds, disputes, balance state, and provider rules.
Content, intellectual property, feedback, and service changes
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant EzBuyCo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use it as reasonably needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the marketplace, subject to law and privacy settings. You must have the rights needed for submitted listings, images, marks, reviews, and messages.
EzBuyCo and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, and branding. Optional feedback may be used without restriction or compensation. Features, integrations, limits, fees, or eligibility rules can change; EzBuyCo may suspend, withdraw, or modify service components and will provide notice where required.
Disclaimers, liability, enforcement, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and EzBuyCo disclaims warranties not expressly stated. EzBuyCo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, seller conduct, inventory, carrier or provider performance, or every product outcome. Liability exclusions and limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
EzBuyCo may investigate, remove content, hold funds where permitted, restrict privileges, suspend, or terminate access for risk, violations, or legal obligations. These terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the relevant relationship and any non-waivable rights. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
