Scope and information collected
Effective August 25, 2026. This policy describes information EzBuyCo processes when people browse the marketplace, create buyer, seller, advertiser, or affiliate accounts, place or fulfill orders, use messages, connect services, receive payouts, or contact support.
Information can include account and contact details, credentials in protected form, addresses, shop and listing data, order and transaction records, messages and support content, verification or payout information, referral data, device and browser data, IP address, cookies, usage events, and fraud or security signals.
Why information is used
EzBuyCo uses information to provide accounts and storefronts; operate search, cart, checkout, payment, shipping, pickup, delivery, downloads, messages, reviews, referrals, promotions, reports, and payouts; authenticate users; prevent fraud and abuse; support buyers and sellers; improve reliability; communicate service or marketing messages under applicable settings; enforce policies; and meet legal, accounting, tax, safety, and dispute obligations.

How information is shared
Order and contact information is shared with the seller or buyer as needed to complete and support a marketplace transaction. Information may also be processed by payment and payout providers, carriers and local-delivery providers, hosting and security services, communications and analytics providers, professional advisers, and other vendors that support the requested service.
Information may be disclosed to comply with lawful process, protect users or the marketplace, investigate fraud or safety issues, enforce agreements, or support a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. EzBuyCo does not sell personal information for money.
Retention, security, cookies, and international processing
Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the account or service, transaction and dispute history, security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, legal obligations, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by record and jurisdiction; deletion of an account may not erase records EzBuyCo must or is permitted to retain.
EzBuyCo uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Cookies and similar technologies support sign-in, cart, preferences, security, measurement, and permitted marketing. Providers or infrastructure may process information in locations different from the user’s location, subject to applicable safeguards.
Your choices, requests, children, and updates
Depending on location and applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction and may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. EzBuyCo may need to verify identity and can retain or deny portions of a request where the law permits. Use account settings and security or contact support.
EzBuyCo is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the service, and accounts must meet the eligibility rules in the Terms & Conditions. Policy changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
