How to use your buyer dashboard

A complete tour of the EzBuyCo buyer dashboard for orders, downloads, cancellations, returns, messages, credits, favorites, addresses, and profile settings.

The short answer: Your buyer dashboard is the private workspace for everything after discovery: purchases, delivery tracking, digital downloads, support requests, messages, saved items, account credits, addresses, and security settings.

Access

Open the correct account workspace

Sign in with the same email address, phone number, or connected sign-in method used when the account was created. Open Account to reach the dashboard. If your account can both buy and sell, use the buyer area when you are managing your own purchases.

Order history is account-specific. If an expected order is missing, first confirm that you did not use another email address or a different sign-in method at checkout.

  1. 1

Use the identity connected to the purchase or saved buyer data.

  2. 2

    Open the buyer area

Choose Account or Buyer Dashboard from the signed-in navigation.

  3. 3

    Use the left navigation

Open the section that matches the task instead of starting a new support request.

Orders

Orders, downloads, cancellations, and returns

My Orders lists physical, pickup, service, restaurant, and digital purchases that belong to the account. Search by order ID, product name, or shop name, or filter by status and date. Select an order number to see the timeline, payment summary, seller, fulfillment information, and available actions.

Digital purchases also appear in My Downloads when the order and download rules permit access. Cancellation Requests and Return Requests keep those workflows separate from the general order list so you can see their current decision and history.

For delivery details, follow How to track your order. For post-purchase actions and eligibility, read How cancellations, returns, and refunds work.

Return RequestsEligible return or refund requests after fulfillment.
Value

Credits, wallet funds, offers, and rewards

The dashboard can show marketplace credits or reward balances separately from wallet funds. Credits may come from promotions, referrals, adjustments, or other marketplace programs; wallet funds are stored-value funds available under the site’s configured payment rules.

Offers & Rewards can include personal offers, referrals, or gift-card tools when those features are enabled. Request-for-quote activity has its own workflow; use the RFQ and offer guide when you need a custom quantity, specification, delivery date, or negotiated offer. Always read the balance label and transaction description before assuming a credit can be withdrawn or used on every purchase.

Balances are not interchangeable Promotional credits, reward points, wallet funds, pending refunds, and seller earnings can have different rules. The transaction ledger is the best record of why a balance changed.
Planning and communication

Messages, wishlist, favorites, and saved searches

Messages keeps marketplace conversations associated with your account. Use it for product or order questions that need a written record, but never send passwords, full card numbers, one-time codes, or pickup verification codes. The downloads, messages, and reviews guide explains safe attachments, digital-file access, and eligible feedback.

Wishlist or Favorites stores products you may want to revisit. Saved Searches can preserve a discovery query so you can return to it without rebuilding every filter. Availability and pricing can change, so saved items are not reservations.

Account settings

Profile, addresses, notifications, and security

Profile settings hold identity and communication information. My Addresses stores reusable delivery addresses, but editing an address book entry does not necessarily alter an order already being processed. Contact support immediately if a submitted order has the wrong destination.

Use Support Center for private account help and ticket replies. Use the password and email security tools to protect access. Review notification preferences so order, message, and account alerts reach a channel you monitor.

  • Keep your email address and phone number current.
  • Remove addresses you no longer control.
  • Use a unique password and do not share verification codes.
  • Review order details before contacting support so you can provide the correct order number.
Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Why is an order missing from my buyer dashboard?

The order may belong to another email address or sign-in method. Confirm the account used at checkout, then search by order ID, product, or shop.

Does changing My Addresses update an existing order?

Not necessarily. Address book edits apply to future selections and may not change an order already being processed.

Where are digital products?

Eligible digital purchases appear in My Downloads and may also be linked from the order details after payment and order requirements are satisfied.
