The short answer: Choose the correct storefront, inspect the listing and seller, select options and fulfillment, review the cart total, then confirm the address, payment method, and final order before placing it.
Search the right storefront
Start in New, Used, or Food based on what you need. Search results and categories are storefront-aware, which prevents a restaurant menu item or used listing from being treated like a standard new product.
Use product, category, brand, price, condition, shop, and availability filters when offered. Search is a discovery tool—not a substitute for reading the listing—so open the product page before deciding.
Evaluate the product, seller, and terms
- Confirm the exact variant, size, color, condition, quantity, or menu customization.
- Read the seller name, shop information, ratings, and any product-specific policy.
- Review price, discounts, taxes, shipping estimate, pickup option, and return or cancellation window.
- For used products, study the condition description and all available images.
- For food, confirm the delivery area, pickup location, item options, and restaurant availability.
Build and verify the cart
Add the chosen item and quantity, then open the cart. If products come from different shops, the cart may group them by seller because shipping, pickup, taxes, discounts, and fulfillment can differ.
Check every line, remove duplicates, and apply an eligible coupon before relying on the final total. A discount can apply to a specific shop, product, minimum amount, or date range rather than the entire cart.
Confirm fulfillment and payment
-
1
Sign in or continue through the available checkout path
An account gives you the strongest access to order history and post-purchase tools.
-
2
Choose shipping, local delivery, or pickup
Availability depends on the item, shop, address, and marketplace configuration.
-
3
Confirm the address or pickup location
Check unit number, postal code, phone, access instructions, and recipient name.
-
4
Select an enabled payment method
The provider may require authentication or redirect you to complete payment securely.
-
5
Review the final summary
Verify items, discounts, shipping, taxes, processing or gateway charges when shown, and the total before placing the order.
Verify confirmation before trying again
A successful order receives an order number and appears in My Orders. If payment is pending, follow the order’s payment instruction instead of repeatedly submitting a new checkout, which can create duplicates.
Save the confirmation, then use the tracking guide after the seller creates a shipment. If you immediately notice a problem, review cancellation eligibility before the order advances.

What should I do if payment is pending?
Open the existing order and follow its payment instructions before placing another order, which could create a duplicate.
