Keep policies and invoice information consistent

Keep policies and invoice information consistent

Use Store details & policies for customer-facing descriptions and policy text. The numeric return and cancellation windows live in General. Follow the store policy guide so those values and the written policy agree.

Payment policy explains the payment terms offered by your shop; it does not enable a payment method at checkout. Seller information describes your business, while additional information can cover useful details that do not belong in another policy field. Keep these public descriptions clear and consistent with the actual service offered.

Use the invoice information field for business information required on your invoices. Keep this information accurate and limited to what belongs on customer invoices.

For warehouse privacy, pickup availability, and the gap before the first pickup slot, follow the pickup guide.
