The short answer: Prepare accurate New and Used listings with the right evidence, brand information, and product images.
List new products accurately
Keep invoices or receipts from legitimate retailers or suppliers. EzBuyCo may request proof of purchase when fraud, authenticity, or fake-product concerns are reported.
If listing details suggest that a used, open-box, refurbished, or pre-owned item is being submitted as new, proof of purchase is required before it can be listed in the New marketplace. Brand names and product titles must be consistent.
Prepare the main image
For a new product, the main image must use a plain white or gray background. Marketing text or badges on the image are allowed. Follow the dimensions and accepted file formats shown beside the upload field.
Use a clear image of the item being sold. Review the main image after uploading and check that it matches the selected product, condition, and variant.
Check whether Used or Refurbished is allowed
The invoice and plain-background image rules above do not apply to Used listings. Used or refurbished listings are not allowed for food, grocery, health, medical, supplements, beauty or personal-care products, or restaurant and menu items.
Choose the correct condition and storefront before saving. If a listing is rejected, correct the reported issue instead of changing only the title to get around the rule.
