The short answer: Give each sub-user only the permissions needed for their role, maintain tax and SEO data at the correct product or shop level, and reconcile orders, fees, refunds, credits, and payouts across the seller reports before making financial decisions.
Delegate by task and least privilege
Seller sub-users let an owner delegate catalog, order, promotion, report, shipping, or account work. Create a separate identity for each person and grant only the areas required for that person’s job.
Review access when responsibilities change and remove it promptly when a team member leaves. Keep payout, credentials, tax, integrations, and permission administration limited to trusted owners or finance administrators.
Understand marketplace-managed tax classification
EzBuyCo manages product tax categories and site-wide tax configuration. Sellers no longer select a tax category on the product form or change marketplace tax categories. If a classification looks incorrect, contact Support Center with the product reference and the issue.
Review the tax amounts recorded on the order and reports when reconciling a sale. Product content and seller identity should remain accurate so the marketplace can review the classification.
Maintain accurate content without changing marketplace URLs
- Use a descriptive product title and accurate content rather than keyword repetition.
- Keep the product description consistent with the item, brand, condition, and storefront.
- Product URL rewrites and site-wide SEO URLs are managed by EzBuyCo; contact support when an existing URL needs correction.
- Do not put unsupported claims, competitor trademarks, or hidden terms in metadata.
Reconcile the report that matches the question
Use the fee guide for the 5% commission and transaction fee, then the payout guide to trace eligible earnings out of the platform.

| Payout history | Amounts requested or transferred and the external destination or provider status. |
Frequently asked questions
Should every seller team member share the owner login?
No. Create individual sub-users and grant only the permissions needed for their tasks.
Does EzBuyCo tax setup replace tax advice?
No. It applies configured marketplace rules; sellers must determine their own jurisdiction-specific registration, classification, filing, and collection obligations.
Where can I see transaction fees?
They appear separately in seller order details, the credit ledger, and fee-aware sales or catalog reports for new orders.
